Portfolio piece for a fictional nine-room lodge in Montana’s Bitterroot Mountains. The brief was a multi-page hospitality information architecture — stay, gather, journal, visit, and reserve — with editorial typography and a calm reading rhythm suited to a small lodge, not a booking marketplace.

Journal entries are Markdown content collections. The reservation path is browser-only (no server form handler): it opens a structured draft for the guest and keeps the deploy surface static. Built with Astro 7, TypeScript, and Tailwind CSS 4; static output on Vercel.

I use this project to practice hospitality IA, image-led marketing layouts, and the tradeoffs of static sites when the “form” still needs to feel trustworthy.
